Dough
- 50 pcs of gluten-free round sponge cakes according to our recipe for Gluten-free sponge cakes
- 250 g of ground walnuts
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
Filling
- 125 g of butter
- 2 PL Liana Exclusive dark cocoa
- 125 g powdered sugar
- rum essence
Chocolate frosting
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 50 g vegetable fat for toppings
- 1. Put nuts and sugar in a bowl, add an egg and make a mixture.
- 2. We make the filling from butter, sugar, cocoa and essence by whipping it by hand or with a mixer.
- 3. Take a piece from the walnut mass. We will make a ball and cover it in powdered sugar.
- 4. Press the ball into the mold, press with your thumb and make a hole.
- 5. Put the filling in the well and cover it with a sponge, press it with your fingers.
- 6. Turn out onto a tray and smooth the edges well on the sponge cake.
- 7. Melt the chocolate with vegetable fat for the toppings over steam and pour over the puddings.
- 8. Let it harden.
