
Gluten-free popsicle cube
Dough
- 250 g cake mix Liana
- 230 g powdered sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 2 PL Liana dark cocoa
- 2 eggs
Filling
- 250 g of butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 5 PL Universal mix Liana
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- ½ l milk
- 1 yolk
Frosting
- 100 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Beat softened butter, eggs and sugar until foamy. Mix cake mix, cocoa and nuts in another bowl and combine with beaten eggs. Add milk and mix everything well. Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-18 minutes.
- We cook a thick porridge from milk, Universal mix and vanillin sugar. Stir occasionally and let cool. Beat butter, egg yolk and powdered sugar. Gradually whisk in the cooled porridge by spoonfuls and whisk until smooth.
- Spread the filling on the dough and cover with chocolate melted with butter and sugar. Let it harden and cut into cubes with a warm knife.
