
Gluten-free potato rolls filled with grated cheese
Dough
- 200 g boiled potatoes
- 100 g Universal mix Liana
- 6 tbsp grated cheese
Dressing
- 100 g of sour cream
- dried garlic
- ground red pepper
- salt
Next we need

- oil for frying
- Mash the boiled potatoes, add half of the grated cheese, Universal mix Liana and make a smooth dough. Flour the worktop and knead the dough. Roll out into a circle about 0.5 cm thick and divide into triangles. Put a dollop of cheese on the edge of each triangle and roll it into the shape of rolls.
- Fry the potato rolls in hot oil until golden.
- Season the sour cream with garlic, salt, and pepper and mix. We serve with ready-made kebabs.
