
Gluten-free two-color roll
Dough
- 4 eggs
- 4 PL Cake mix Liana
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Filling
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 400 ml of milk
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 250 g of butter
1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar. Mix the cake mix and stiff egg whites by hand.
2. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes (not with a fan).
4. Place the baked roll on a tea towel and remove the paper. Roll up with a towel and leave to cool. Then fill with chocolate filling, spread the top as well, sprinkle with nuts and leave to cool.
5. Cut the finished dough into 1.5 cm pieces with a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
Filling procedure:
1. Put milk, sugar, golden cream in a saucepan and cook the pudding while stirring constantly.
2. Stir the broken chocolate into the hot pudding and stir until dissolved. Let it cool down.
3. Add room temperature butter to the bowl, gradually add the pudding and mix to a smooth filling.
