
Gluten-free zucchini pudding
- 700 g of zucchini
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 200 g of ham
- 1 onion
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 pc Liana baking powder
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 250 g Universal Mix Liana

- Grate zucchini, cheese and onion on a large grater. Add crushed garlic, ham cut into pieces, eggs, oil and season with salt, vegetables, parsley and black pepper. Mix everything and sprinkle Universal mix and baking powder.
- Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Leave the zucchini pudding to cool. Serve with vegetables, dip or alone.
