
Gluten-free bread from bread machine
- 350 g Bread mix white Liana / Bread mix dark Liana
- 7 g of dried yeast
- 1 KL granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 360 ml lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
1. Mix the loose ingredients (flour mixture, yeast, sugar, salt) in a bowl in advance.
2. First, pour the liquid ingredients (water, oil, vinegar) into the bread machine.
3. In the second step, add the loose ingredients.
4. Set the gluten-free baking program on the oven, which includes kneading, leavening and baking.
5. Immediately after mixing, before rising, we recommend removing the kneading hooks and smoothing the surface with an oiled spoon and smearing it with oil.
6. After baking, remove the container from the bakery and carefully turn out the bread.
7. Let it cool well before cutting.
For the successful baking of bread in the bread machine (as well as for the preparation of all other recipes), it is necessary to accurately measure the ingredients and observe the correct order of their addition. When baking bread, first add all the liquid ingredients to the container, then the loose ingredients.
