
Gluten-free cake THREE WISHES
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 140 g Cake mix Liana
- 50 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 50 g ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 3 eggs
- 2 KL orange peel
Next we need

- coconut to pour out the mold
- chocolate frosting Liana
- Mix the softened butter with 110 g of powdered sugar until foamy. Mix the egg yolks and vanilla sugar one by one. Add half of Cake mix Liana and mix well. Then pour the rest of Liana's cake mix and beat a smooth dough.
- Beat the egg whites until foamy, add the remaining sugar and beat until stiff. Lightly mix the snow into the prepared dough and divide it into 3 parts. Add grated orange peel to one, melted chocolate to the second and walnuts and a little milk to the third.
- Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with coconut. We layer the paths gradually; orange dough, chocolate dough and finally walnut dough. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes. Cover the finished cake with chocolate glaze.
A good tip:
If we use a silicone cake mold, we don't need to wipe it with anything or pour it out.
