
Gluten-free French pear cake
Dough
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil
- 2 KL Liana cinnamon sugar
- 2 eggs
Frosting
- 60 g butter (ghee)
- 1 egg
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
Next we need
- Vanilla sugar and Liana cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

- Beat the eggs with powdered sugar for about 10 minutes. Mix coconut milk, oil, cake mix and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar with a whisk.
- Grease the cake form with oil and sprinkle with grated coconut. Pour out half of the batter, arrange the cleaned, sliced pears and sprinkle with vanilla and cinnamon sugar. Pour the whole e.g. maple syrup and pour the second half of the batter.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the frosting. Let the butter melt. Beat the eggs with both sugars and add the cooled butter.
- After 20 minutes of baking, open the oven and prick the cake with a toothpick. Pour the glaze on top of the cake and let it bake for 20-25 minutes.
