
Gluten-free grated apple or cheesecake
Dough
- 450 g Cake mix Liana
- 250 g vegetable fat
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Appendices
- 1 kg of peeled apples
- 1-2 pieces Liana cinnamon sugar
- Liana vanillin sugar for sprinkling
- sheet with dimensions 25x35 cm
- 1. Put the vegetable fat and sugar in the mixer and mix it into a foam. Add the eggs and continue to mix until frothy.
- 2. Change the kneaders and add Cake mix . We will make a soft dough.
- 3. Transfer to a plate and put 1/3 in the freezer for an hour.
- 4. Put 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press it onto the entire surface with your hands.
- 5. Grate the apples, gently squeeze out the juice, spread on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar .
- 6. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and grate the apples evenly over the entire cake.
- 7. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- 8. Let cool and cut.
Good tip:
Instead of apple, we can prepare a cheese filling.
