
Gluten-free zucchini pancakes with bacon and smoked cheese
- 3 PL Liana rice flour
- 2 PL Liana wheat flour
- 700 g of zucchini
- 100 g of smoked cheese
- 60 g of Orava bacon
- 60 g of ham
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- marjoram
- black pepper
Next we need
- oil for greasing the pan

- Clean the zucchini and grate it coarsely. Let it stand for 10 minutes and gently squeeze to get rid of unnecessary water. Add grated cheese, chopped bacon, ham, crushed garlic, eggs, rice and wheat flour and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.
- Brush a hot pan with oil and use a spoon to place heaps of dough, which we spread into a pancake shape. Fry until golden on both sides. Served with sour cream and dill dressing seasoned with salt.
