
Pudding
Dough
- 1 kg plain flour
- 3 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 1/2 yeast
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of oil
- 15 dkg powdered sugar
- 0.5 l milk
Filling
- 1/2 l milk
- 1 bag of Liana dark chocolate pudding, and we will take another 30 g (120 g) from the next package
- 3 PL Liana Exclusive dark cocoa
- 30 dkg granulated sugar
- 25 dkg vegetable fat
1. Add yeast and a little sugar to the warm milk. Wait for the yeast to rise and add it to the other ingredients for the dough. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and work into the dough, which we let rise.
2. Make 6 loaves from the leavened dough. Roll out each one and spread the filling. We will make a strudel and weave 2 together. Brush with egg yolk before putting in the oven. Bake at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Filling procedure :
Boil the pudding and mix the vegetable fat into it while it is still warm.
