Wilton gel food coloring allows you to obtain intense and vibrant colors even with small quantities, thanks to its high coloring power.
The gel is evenly incorporated into the mass without adding additional water. It is therefore suitable for any use, including coloring icing, frosting and marzipan.
Dose 1-3 g per 1 kg of product.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, E422, water, dyes: E102, E133, starch, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331, agar E406, E202. Dye E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Store in a dry and dark place. May contain peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, molluscs.
