Gluten-free apple rolls
Dough
- 320 g Universal mix Liana
- 60 g of butter
- 60 g of oil
- 60 g of kefir
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 egg
- ½ KL turmeric
Filling
- 2 larger apples
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
Next we need
- powdered sugar for final sprinkling
- Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Together with crystal and cinnamon sugar, simmer in a pan until the juice evaporates and until they become soft.
- Put the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and add it to the other ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon and then add Universal mix. Place the prepared dough on a board and divide it into 16 parts. We will make balls, which we will roll into an oval shape. Spread a teaspoon of the cooled apple filling and roll it up.
- Bake in a heated oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for 30 minutes at 180°C. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
A good tip:
The dough does not need to be sprinkled with flour on the worktop, because it is greasy enough.
Good tip 2:
Apple rolls are served with herbal tea.
