
Gluten-free homemade noodles for soup
Dough
- 200 g Universal mix Liana
- 1 egg
- 60 ml water (depending on the size of the egg)
- salt
- to sprinkle Liana rice flour
1. Work the dough from the listed ingredients with a spoon.
2. Transfer to a work mat sprinkled with rice flour and divide into 2 parts.
3. Roll out one part of the dough and place it on a kitchen towel.
4. Cut into approx. 5 cm strips. Place 4 strips on top of each other and cut into noodles.
5. Boil as many noodles as we need in salted boiling water.
6. If they float to the surface, cook them for another 6 minutes. Drain, cover with cold water and oil.
7. Dry the rest of the cut noodles on paper and use them later.
